Ingredients:
2 large shallots, minced1/2 cup fresh orange juice3 tablespoons olive oil2 teaspoons dried rosemary2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar4 teaspoons grated orange peel1 tablespoon honey1/2 teaspoon salt2 pounds turkey tenderloin, sliced into 1/2" medallions

Cooking Time: 30 minutes - one hour |

Instructions: |
Place all ingredients except turkey into a large plastic baggie. Seal and shake to mix.
Add turkey medallions to marinade, seal tightly and marinate at least 1 hour.
Place turkey on broiler rack and broil about 4 minutes on one side and 2 minutes on the other, brushing with marinade half way through cooking time. |
