Barbeque Black Bean Dip

Serve with celery sticks and corn chips.

Ingredients:
1 small onion, chopped1/2 teaspoon canola oil2 cups cooked black beans4 tablespoons tomato paste1/4 cup Cider Vinegar2 tablespoons brown sugar1 tablespoon vegetarian Worcestershire sauce1 tablespoon mustard1/4 teaspoon salt

| Instructions: |
| Heat the oil in a small skillet over medium heat. Add onions and saute until they begin to brown, about 6 minutes.
Combine all of the ingredients in a food processor and process until you have a smooth dip. |
