Breakfast or snack, these are fabulous!
Diet Types: Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian
  • 1 1/2 cups Quinoa flour
  • 1/2 cup soy flour
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Orange Extract
  • 1 cup apple juice
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • Serves: 8
    Cooking Time: 30 minutes - one hour
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Mix all dry ingredients together. In a separate bowl, mix all liquid ingredients together. Stir wet into dry until just mixed. Pour into paper-lined muffin tins and bake for 15-20 minutes.
