Herbed Mustard Sauce

Diet Type: Dairy Free

Cooking Time: Under 15 minutes

Ingredients:

  1 10.5 oz. package silken Soft tofu
  1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
  1/8 teaspoon fresh rosemary leaves
  2 teaspoons olive oil
  pepper to taste
  1 tablespoon lemon juice
  1/4 teaspoon fresh Thyme
  1 clove garlic, minced
  1/4 teaspoon salt
 
Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until satin smooth. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. Will keep up to 2 weeks.
